  • Why we are creating the toolkit

Many small and growing organisations want to support their staff’s mental health but don’t always know where to start.

You may not have a dedicated HR team. You may not yet be ready for a full wellbeing programme. But you still want your team to feel supported and able to thrive at work.

We are currently developing the MyMental Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit to provide a practical, ready‑to‑use starting point for organisations who want to begin supporting staff wellbeing in a simple and sustainable way.

We are inviting a small number of organisations to access the first release in May 2026.

  • Who this is for

This toolkit is designed specifically for:

    β€’ Small and medium businesses
    β€’ Charities and community organisations
    β€’ Startups and growing teams
β€’ Organisations without an internal HR function
β€’ Teams looking for a simple first step into workplace wellbeing

No contracts. No complex implementation. Just practical support you can start using straight away.

Organisations will be able to access the toolkit in two ways:

    One‑Off Toolkit

A single themed toolkit designed as a simple first step into workplace wellbeing.

    Quarterly Toolkit Subscription

Organisations receive a new themed toolkit every 3 months, helping keep wellbeing conversations active and ongoing throughout the year.

Further details and pricing will be shared during early access conversations.

  • How organisations use the toolkit

Most organisations use the toolkit to:

β€’ Launch or refresh their wellbeing initiatives
β€’ Support Mental Health Awareness Week or similar campaigns
β€’ Provide ongoing wellbeing resources for staff
β€’ Equip managers with confidence and guidance
β€’ Demonstrate commitment to staff wellbeing

The toolkit is designed to be simple to roll out and easy to share across your organisation.

  • A stepping stone to wider support

The Workplace Wellbeing Toolkit is often the first step in a wider wellbeing journey.

For organisations who later want to offer additional support, MyMental also provides:
β€’ Workplace workshops and group sessions
    β€’ Creative wellbeing programmes
β€’ Low‑cost Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) counselling

There is no obligation β€” the toolkit works perfectly as a standalone resource.
