Lead Counsellor: Trisha. R

Trisha holds a BSc in Psychology and Criminology, an MSc in Psychology, and an L4 qualification in Counselling. Her background combines academic depth with practical experience across one-to-one support, group facilitation, staff development, and programme delivery, shaping the thoughtful, high-quality support MyMental is known for.
