Join the MyMental Counsellor Directory
The MyMental Counsellor Directory is a managed referral pathway connecting qualified counsellors with students seeking low‑cost counselling.
MyMental coordinates access, matching, bookings, and payments so counsellors can focus on the therapeutic work, while retaining full professional autonomy.

How the directory works
1) Join the counsellor waitlist
Counsellors apply to join the directory via a short interest form. We check eligibility and add suitable applicants to the pre‑launch waitlist.
2) Receive managed referrals
Once live, MyMental matches students to counsellors based on availability, scope, and fit.
3) Deliver sessions independently
Counsellors host and deliver sessions using their own professional setup. MyMental is not present in sessions.
4) We handle the admin
MyMental manages bookings, reminders, payments, and service communications.
