Support exists. But people do not always know where to find it.
While growing MyMental, I began to realise just how much support is available that many of us never hear about. There are organisations doing valuable work, free and low-cost services hidden within communities, and people offering practical help that could make a genuine difference.
Not everything is expensive. Not everything costs money at all. But when support is difficult to discover or understand, it may as well not be there.
I created The Wellbeing Edit to help bring those services, organisations and conversations into view.
We cannot separate the parts of life that affect us
More than wellbeing advice
- Real-life pressures including housing, money, work, education, identity, relationships and physical health.
- Interviews with charities, community organisations and people doing meaningful work.
- Mental- and physical-health developments explained in accessible language.
- Practical information that helps readers understand their options.
- Free and low-cost services that deserve to be better known.
- Honest questions about prevention, access and why people are reaching crisis.
- Future MyMental programmes, opportunities and community updates.
This is not about presenting a perfect version of wellbeing. It is about making useful support easier to see.
