Therapeutic Services

MyMental aims to create a safe space for people of all backgrounds and walks of life, where they may receive the support that they need to aid them throughout their journeys to live happy lives with improved mental health. Whether that support may be having someone listen to your problems, receiving therapeutic advice from our therapist in training, or buying from our gift ship, we are always there to help where possible. Additionally to being a reliable source of love and support, we also prioritise and value building a healthy relationship with our community. At MyMental we value humanity, compassion and communication, thus we make the conscious effort to interact with our audience by posting blogs on this website, and uploading regularly on our social media and simply engaging with our audience at every opportunity. Make sure not to miss out and join our community now!
