What Is a Free Consultation?

A free consultation is a short, informal conversation with a member of the MyMental team. Together, we’ll explore what you’re currently experiencing and discuss which services may best support you at this time.

This may include:

  • counselling or therapy
  • self-help workbooks
  • student or low-cost mental health support
  • physical health and wellbeing options
  • nutrition, movement, or lifestyle support

The consultation is not therapy or a medical assessment. It’s an opportunity to ask questions, feel things out, and decide what feels right for you.
